Trepanier Manor’s custom homes are located in two charming neighbourhood enclaves. The Village Green features nine homes gathered around a two-level, cascading swimming pool. The eleven homes on The Ridge feature spectacular views of Okanagan Lake and the Trepanier Creek gorge.
Each home will be indivually appointed and designed by the few distinct owners of Trepanier Manor's luxury real estate. Our homebuilder, Cardan Enterprises, will work with each of our 20
privileged home owners to customize home floor plans. All homes will feature natural stone, stucco, high ceilings, creamy paper walls and fine woods, yet each will be singularly unique and
special.
Country home lots range from 650 to 1,700 square metres (2,130 to 5,575 sq. ft), allowing for luxury homes from 185 to 325 square metres (2,000 to 3,500 sq. ft.) Customize your home with a rock bar,
fireplaces, an outdoor bathing area, a guest cottage or luxury garage.
