Message from the Developer

Dear Friends,

I am so happy to finally be able to report to you that Trepanier Manor now has registered subdivision approvals!  We now have 21 lots fully registered and ready for building permits.  Only 16 months and a few grey hairs later, we can now officially close on lots, finance the hotel project, and most importantly start building new homes!

We have continued to keep busy on the project and have weathered the storm of economic downturn.  We are now stronger than ever in the pursuit of our dream and making this development a reality.  With lot registration now complete we can now commence on the hotel construction and disclosure is presently being amended by our legal team for lot closings.  We anticipate new lot pricing will be ready once disclosure is complete in the next few weeks.

This fall we began working with Kevin Barnett, from Barnett Construction.  Kevin is a great asset to the team and we are happy that he has joined us as a new preferred builder!  Kevin has been working diligently with several of our clients and we are happy to announce the ground breaking of a brand new home being built on Lot 20. 

This new home is custom designed by Abugov - Kaspar Architecture.  The home will feature a modern timber and stone design, yet still keeping with the English feel of Trepanier Manor and the existing show home.  There will be floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of Okanagan Lake, a gourmet kitchen inside and out, and more. Take a look at the exquisite renderings below, the design speaks for itself!

We have also been working with our project architect, John Sproule, who is just completing the final hotel drawings for application of building permit with the District of Peachland.  Once building permits have been approved and signed off we will begin the construction of our long awaited five-star small luxury hotel!
