TREPANIER MANOR SITE PROGRESS

Construction at Trepanier Manor is ongoing and progressing well!  Last year saw the completion of months of site servicing and the construction of our new front entrance.  With the spring thaw you will see ongoing landscaping improvements, new flower beds and trees planted, and new construction of the homes already sold.  This summer we will also begin construction of our small luxury hotel.  We are now starting the site work for Lot 20.  This home will be completely customized by the homeowner and through our builder, Barnett Construction, and will be valued at approximately $2,000,000.
